Pat Patterson and her husband, Richard, know self-sustainability is very healthy, smart and economical. Pat is available to do farming, maybe more, for one fortunate family.
Pat has a lifetime of rich and varied experiences. Raised on a farm near Yuba City, she learned the value and reward of hard work. She obtained her B.A. in music and Bible at Azusa Pacific University, supplemented by a teaching program. Later she received a J.D. and took the Bar Exam, almost passing.  She has sung over 200 solo concerts in churches.  Recently she studied four years at Sierra College, obtaining an A.A. in Residential Building Construction. She is also certificied to have a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly. Her Swedish heritage gives her a can-do attitude for whatever is needed, no matter what it is!
Richard's background is primarily in law enforcement. His father was a game warden. His employment has included Deputy Sheriff, Military Police and University Police. He presently delivers for a Rocklin establishment. He has a B.A. from CSU Chico in Public Administration.
In their late sixties, they are preparing for whatever the economy may bring. That is why they are selling their home and moving into a travel trailer, preferably on a farm. Pat will garden while Richard works three more years.
